Project Summary
Quaker Oats, a proud PepsiCo subsidiary and the single source of beloved products such as Cheetos, Mac and Cheese, Rice-A-Roni, and Pasta Roni, thrives on a deep sense of pride and ownership, with many employees dedicating over four decades to the company and multiple generations of families working at its manufacturing facility in Bridgeview, Illinois. To better reflect their deep-seated culture of commitment and pride, CultureSpace partnered with Quaker Oats to modernize and revitalize their space with a goal of retaining and attracting top talent while creating a space where team members feel valued and supported through collaborative and upgraded workspaces.
The transformation focused on several key areas. The front office and entryways were upgraded to create a welcoming and professional environment. The cafeteria was modernized to provide a comfortable space for team members to relax and interact. Height-adjustable workstations and a phone booth were incorporated to bring workspace flexibility. Lastly, collaborative spaces were introduced to facilitate meetings and teamwork.
The renovation of the Bridgeview facility has revitalized the workspace, aligning it with the company's mission and values. The project not only improved the physical environment but also enhanced the overall employee experience, demonstrating that thoughtful investments in workspace design can have far-reaching benefits and transformative results.
