This client, on their third project with us, had secured a prominent first-floor suite in New York City. Their goal was to create a polished, welcoming workplace that would attract talent and encourage in-person collaboration. We designed a visually impactful office that made full use of its tall ceilings with bold, proportionate furnishings. The layout included collaborative zones and social areas to support both focused work and team interaction.

A key stakeholder on the client's team with a background in high-end furniture had clear standards for quality and aesthetics, and we tailored our recommended solutions to meet those expectations while staying within budget. By blending existing pieces with new additions, we delivered a space that met the client’s vision without overspending. Today, the office is being used as intended, with employees actively gathering, collaborating, and reengaging with the workplace.
