Project Summary
Navistar was in need of a furniture vendor partner to create spaces that were designed to attract and retain talent at their San Antonio facility. CultureSpace presented all of the right criteria to be a comprehensive vendor partner, fulfilling many of the requirements to seamlessly transform their vision of diverse workspaces into a reality.
It's imperative for a company of this size to have ample opportunities to collaborate with team members. Throughout the office, you'll find plenty of comfortable lounge seating for team members to connect or recharge while on break, open collaboration spaces, huddle and conference rooms, and open benching workstations in a variety of layouts (rows, bullpen, and pods) to optimize the workflow of specific departments. Sound masking speakers were installed throughout the space to minimize sound travel and distractions in addition to adding acoustic paneling throughout the open environments and privacy pods for team members to have a space to focus or take a private call without distractions.
The design of the space embraces modern design elements, bright colors, and engaging patterns with subtle elements of the industrial architecture shining through with the open ceilings and steel supporting beams. The workspaces at Navistar use timeless finishes with many of the spaces using clean, neutral tones with bright pops of color and natural wood textures to keep the space feeling fresh for years to come.
The level of communication, efficiency, and innovation exhibited from our design, project management, and install teams lead to the success of fulfilling the evolving needs of this project and has even led to Navistar partnering with CultureSpace to outfit other facilities across the country with timeless designs and cutting-edge furniture.
