Bramlett Partners wanted their Austin office to serve as more than just a workspace. They envisioned a central hub where their agents could gather, build relationships, and stay connected to the company culture. The goal was to create an environment that felt professional and polished while also warm, comfortable, and energizing.

Our design team played a key role in helping shape that vision. Through detailed 3D renderings, we gave the client a clear picture of how the space would look and function. This allowed them to make decisions with confidence and ensured every element—from finishes to layout—aligned with their goals.

The final space blends focused work zones with collaborative areas, including a bullpen, phone booths, private meeting rooms, and a flexible lounge. A standout feature is the kitchen and break area, designed as the heart of the office where the team can connect beyond work. The finished space captures exactly what they set out to build: a strong sense of team, community, and shared purpose.
