Project Summary

M+ Builders was growing fast and needed their office to grow with them. As they expanded their footprint, the goal was to create a cohesive, functional environment that could support day-to-day operations while also highlighting the quality of their construction work. With a mix of workstations, meeting rooms, and a central lounge space, the layout was designed to support both focus and collaboration across departments. We partnered closely with the team to furnish each area intentionally, reflecting their high-performance culture with clear zoning, durable materials, and design-forward furniture.

Our long-standing relationship with M+ Builders gave us a strong foundation for collaboration, and that trust allowed the process to move efficiently from vision to execution. The lounge area became a focal point, developed through hands-on design sessions and a shared understanding of how their team works best. The finished space strikes the right balance between professionalism and comfort, giving employees a place where they can do their best work and feel part of something that is constantly building toward the future.

I’ve had the privilege of watching this company grow from a one-desk office to a 10,000 square foot headquarters. Being part of that journey and helping create a space that supports their growth and culture has been incredibly rewarding.
