Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Warranty – Structural Hardware (No Questions Asked)

10 Years – Moving Parts

  1. Chair casters

  2. Drawer sliders

  5. Electrical systems & mechanisms

  6. Adjustable components


10 Years – Fabrics & Finishes

  1. Breakdown of wood, laminate, fabric, leather, vinyl, or mesh due to normal wear and tear 

  2. Excessive fading or discoloration beyond normal aging

 


What’s Not Covered

 

Our warranty doesn’t cover the following: 

  1. Damage from sharp objects (e.g., jewelry, heeled shoes, writing utensils) or extreme environmental conditions 

  2. Normal wear and tear, such as puddling or pilling in textiles 

  3. Natural variations in materials like wood or leather that enhance their unique character 

  4. Colorfastness of textiles or finishes 

  5. Matching of colors, grains, or textures to natural materials (e.g., veneers, leather) 
    Damage caused during shipping, transit, or installation 

  6. Improper use, maintenance, or unauthorized modifications

 


Repair or Replacement

 

We’ll repair or replace any qualifying part or product at no cost to you. Our team will determine whether a repair or replacement is the best solution, ensuring a seamless process.
